- Unlimited Phone Support - You can call us as often as you wish to. It can be about anything - tax, business ideas, just someone to use as a sounding board. If you need help and we can provide it on the phone, within reason, it's FREE.
- Unlimited Meetings - whenever you wish to meet up, we will happily meet you at our offices or come out to see you. Please call us to schedule the meeting.
- Initial Tax Review - to identify all the tax planning opportunities you are not presently taking advantage of. This covers business structure, tax on trading profits, profit extraction, Value Added Tax, employee tax and National Insurance savings, Capital Gains and Inheritance Tax. Within reason, this may be FREE.
- Work On Time – We will work closely with you to ensure that all work is completed on time assuming that we have been provided with all the records and information requested from you. We will return phone calls and deal with e-mails as soon as possible.
- Fixed Fees – where possible quoted and agreed with you in advance so that you know where you stand. Certain work will be charged on an hourly basis where a fixed fee cannot be quoted.
- Client Equality - all clients are treated equally irrespective of size of client fee. No client is more important than any other. All are entitled to outstanding service.
